Easter Poem

Just for funsies. It's corny, I know. You can groan and roll your eyes. It's okay.

Hop hop hop what’s that I hear
A bunny bringing Easter cheer 
Little bowtie round his neck
Patterned in a pastel check 
Basket full of Easter treats 
Like colorful eggs, and tasty sweets 
Fuzzy ears and cotton tail 
Nose that wiggles when he smells 
But this bunny must be new in town 
With no clue what’s about to go down 
We have a pack of beagle dogs
And hunting rabbits is their job 
Although they’re locked up in a pen 
They started raising such a din
Though chasing critters is their habit 
Today we’re hunting eggs not rabbits! 
Little dogs It’s time to settle 
With the Easter bunny, you mustn’t meddle
