Another year of Ultimate Frisbee has come and gone. This year was kinda crazy. They got rained out a lot (what is up with this year’s weather?). Most weeks they had people missing - last week they didn’t even have enough to play their regular league game, so just played pick-up style.

But Saturday was their End of Season tournament. Troy’s team had a pretty rough start, falling behind 8-1 by the end of the first half. They were playing with no subs, and one guy who was playing his first game of the season. Several errors were made and their frustration was showing. But once that second half started, they finally found their stride. They were on fire! While they did end up losing, they came back to only lose by 2, with the final score being 15-13.

Troy played an awesome game! He made some amazing plays, and I can tell he has gotten so much better this year, as he’s become more confident and kept practicing. He even received the Most Improved award for his team! I love watching him play and have fun on the field. #proudultimatemom
